Try using the console additem and stuff.

Check the oblivion console commands and see which are still functional.

There already are. TCAI toggles combat AI, god makes invincible, player.additem a 10 gives you 10 lockpicks, There's some new stuff for perks... I'll just paste my working notes:

player.additem 0000000f "#" adds gold just like oblivion
player.modav carryweight 100
TGM - God mode

1) Use "help [name of perk] 4" to find perk ID.
2) Use player.addperk [ID] to add.

1) Use help command to get dragon ID. (000eb82e)
2) Use player.placeatme [ID] to spawn dragon.

to get perks:
player.incpcs sneak
player.setlevel 1
player.setav sneak 15

Found a quick way to get perks and use them. use the player.incpcs command a few times then use the player.setlevel 1 command. this will level you up fast and rive you perks each time. using the player.incpcs command will also let you use perks on that skill if used many times. just keep setting your level to 1 until your ready to really play.

Speech = Speechcraft
Archery = Marksman
