Before patch, if i was lucky or the game could'nt be bothered to lag for a while, i sometimes could get half an hour of jerky exploration if i went to great lengths to avoid any sort of combat, even with Skeevers.
Post patch my game loads maybe once out of every 10 attempts and the one time it does load it will be a slow slideshow from the start most times. In the rare random times it loads and does'nt lag from the off it is riddled with so many bugs that when i showed it to one of my friends he laughed his head off at the lunacy he was seeing. Until he found out i forked out £130 for the PS3collectors edition and another £32.99 for the PC version that i can't play till i build my new rig in a month or two. He went very quiet after that.
When he then found out i'm on patch version 2.1, which by my count is the third as in ver 1.00, ver 2.00 which was my day one download and now patch 2.1, he started to become outraged on my behalf.
I will not accept this. I will not just accept a refund either. I want someone from Bethesda to explain to me why they have ripped off me and everyone else with a broken game.
Refund or no i want a goddam explanation from a company who i've supported for years and poured money into game after broken game.
I want the lying, slippery piece of work, Pete Hines to tell me and you guys why he stated that the patch would fix the problems on the PS3 and why he would update Twitter with info instead of addressing us here on these so called "official" forums which neither him nor anyone from Bethesda seem to know exist.
I want all you guys whose game is still broken to not let Bethesda away with this but to keep them under pressure to explain why they knowingly sold us an unfinished Alpha build of a game. Don't let up, don't let them think if they ignore us we will go away. Don't let them brush this under the carpet. Don't let the trolls with their "whiners" or "my game is fine you're lying" posts put you off. Ignore those or any other post they make downplaying the issue and belittling your opinion. Their game is broken too but they just get off provoking people and making others feel bad.
Make sure as many people and gaming websites know about it as you can. The more people know, the more media coverage the more pressure Bethesda is under. The more pressure they're under the bigger the chance they'll fix the game and give us the anwsers we deserve.
Contact their customer service and DEMAND answers. Not a generic cookie-cutter response but proper, no-nonsense, specific answers. If they hit you with the generic reply contact them again. And again. And again until they get the message that they can't fob you off.
Bethesda need to be held accountable for their actions just like any other company would for selling broken sub-standard merchandise which is not fit for purpose.
I'M MAD AS HELL AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!

They need to address this issue but it will be easier for them to ignore if we don't keep up the pressure.
