The game seems to be replacing the old games with fresh one so I copied my 24hr file to PS+ and started a new one. You can't put both characters in one location (Default profile or PS+) but you can set up a dummy profile on your PS3, then go to the main profile, PS3 Game Save Data, press Triangle, then copy. It should give you the option to save the file to the other profile on the system. You will have to delete/re-copy files to change characters but it works. Just name the dummy profiles the same as your character, and always swap them to the main profile to make sure you get your trophies.
