I have 2 quests, 00082FBB and 000434A3 that both failed to trigger and enter my quest log. I am able to do the quests like normal, but I get no entry in my log, no waypoints, and when I talk to a person related to the quest that tells me to go somewhere, that location is not marked on my map.
As a result, I have to find Hobs Fall Cave and Yngol's Barrow with exactly 0 idea where in the world they are.
Is there a console command to get the quest to go into my log? I tried the commands from Oblivion, and they don't seem to work.
EDIT: I also have a procedurally generated quest given to me in Dawnstar that I turned into the Jarl, but the quest is now stuck in the miscellaneous section of my log and I can't get it out and I can't get a new quest from the jarl.
