My only gripe with this game... (spoilers for guilds)

Every guild is too damn short.

They seem to have one quest for you and then you're thrown into the climix of the story, which is poorly done and unbelievable.

For example...

- Do two quest for the Darkbrotherhood get contract to kill the emperor and its not even planned well, nor exciting as it could have been. Also, no really enjoyable or creative contracts were given.

-Companions third quest makes you a werewolf and just a few quests later is over. 6 total main quests for them.

-The college of winterhold, was probably the most well done, but still short and lacked explanation.

-I didnt really feel like a thief in the thieves guild, as i could kill people with no penalty and sometimes was told it would be ok to kill. You didnt steal anything awesome, and the story was ok, but could have been fleshed out more.

I know Bethesda is not known for their writing or great storytelling, but Oblivion did some right and that was fleshing out the story of guilds. I never felt like a newcomer to a guild like i did in oblivion or morrowind, because right after you start you're already high in the ranks or for the DB you are the Listener almost right away. They all were a disappointment to me, but had so much visible potential.

All that to say is that i love this game, its awesome. I just wish one of my favorite aspects of these games was done better than what it is.
