So no Enchanting NPC's ?

So no Enchanting NPC's ? I haven't found a single one that will enchant my items, makes you wonder what's the point of leveling smithing without enchanting when you can enchant your gear with inferior enchants. Has anyone found an enchanting NPC and where?

There should be an enchanter at the Winterhold college.
Ive seen him but I havent taken an extensive look at his dialogue tree.

Ummmmm, Thats what enchanting stations are for. Nobody in this game does stuff for you anymore. They don't enchant, they don't teach you spell; They sell you the books.

Well this means that Smithing is literally useless without enchanting, I don't like it at all :brokencomputer:
All items that you make will get replaced.

Not sure about that dampas.Since dragon armor might be best in game,it's possible that you need smithing to create it and enchanting to well enchant it.

Yes you need smithing to make dragon armor, but daedric armor is better then it anyway and it's only slightly better then glass armor. So the only reason why you would get it is for +25% damage and armor buff. And if you don't have enchanting your effective skill level is 50 when you max it, so any enchant you would put on your armor would svck.

Much better to level enchanting which allows you to use staves and enchant good gear you find.
