i tried searching the forums for this first but to no avail.

i recently enchanted my ebony armour for Fortify health. i have the perk that puts new enchantments it up to 60%, the base enchantment on fortify health is 20, so it put it up to 33 extra health. thats awesome. then out of no where my enchantments are weakened (only on new enchantments, ebony armour still all good) so now when i try to fortify health, it puts it only to 22.
i found this on all my enchantments, 15% will only go to 16%, 10 will go to 11.
yes i am using grand soul gems, though i try different soul gems and they do not make a difference.
any help would be great
