So I happened to find Septimus Signus and completed all his quests to obtain the Elder Scroll before I started the "Elder Knowledge" quest. Currently in the "Elder Knowledge" quest after meeting with Paarthurnax who told me to seek someone at the College at Winterhold to find the location of the Elder Scroll. No NPCs at the college acknowledge this quest and don't give me the option to move forward with the quest. So the quest log now says, "find the location of the elder scroll," pointing to the college where no one will give me it's location to continue the quest.

Checking back in with Paarthurnax with the Oghma Infinium doesn't help either.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem and continue the main story line?
