I know there is a scarf variant on nexus but specifically after the hood alterations to look like the image above (i.e. covers nose and mouth)

Anyone have any ideas?

my idea is if it was made i would download it in a heartbeat!

The armor part is closely modelled and released already by an author on nexus

It could certainly be made, no doubt about that. Kinda gives me a redguard assassin feel to it too.
