I've been using the Apprentice Birthsign which gives 50% increase in Magika regeneration, however; sometimes I could notice that my regeneration was actually not that fast and other times it was amazing.

After playing some more I noticed that the 50% increase in regen only applies when it is in a non combat situation.



-Is this correct? Because nowhere does it state that the 50% increase in regen is applied ONLY in non combat situations, however; that seems to be the case.

Magicka regeneration is slowed down during combat, so the bonus is probably still there but 50% of a low number is much less noticeable than 50% of a big number.

^ noticed that too, its like WoW if you've played or any other game that has regeneration, its slower during combat than when your at rest outside of combat, Makes sense.
