Hey guys! First of all this is a great game, I've already spent 24 hours in this game and I don't even want to go to work tomorrow so that I can keep on playing (But I do)
However, there is one problem that occured today. It started in the Thieves Guild. The ground and the walls are disappearing. That looks bad and I don't know where I'm walking. Some NPCs get invisible then as well. Now I noticed it to appear in my Whiterun house as well, what svcks tbh.

Yesterday I also had the problem of an not loading dwemer texure which I got rid of by restarting the game

And something what I can live with but would like to not see is this. You can clearly see that there is a border all around my character

My Rig:
Asus P8P67 Pro Rev 3.1
Intel Core i5 2500K
AMD Radeon HD 5870 slightly overclocked
16GB Kingston HyperX PC12800 DDR3 1600

As you can see I play on 1920x1200 and I maxed everyting out!
I installed the FPS Limiter since I got horrible laggs inside dungeons.
And I installed the better blood textures.

Hope you guys can help me since I dont wanna my whole skyrim to disappear

I get the same in some areas, the thieves guild for example.
