Severe bugs while running on 120Hz monitor

I have a 120Hz monitor. Since getting it, I've loved running games over 60hz, because they just feel smoother and more responsive. Skyrim is no exception. I can usually manage between 90-120fps on average, and it's just much more smooth this way. Love how the game feels.

Except for a horrible bug. When running higher than 60fps, animals in the distance do not load correctly. They twitch back and forth constantly before finally loading in. Additionally, for some reason this also makes many of them spawn high up in the sky, where the eventually fall down to their deaths. When I cap the fps to 60 with Dxtory, this does not occur, but the game is very noticeably less smooth.

I purchased my 120hz monitor so I could utilize it. I bought high end video cards so I can take advantage of them. It's a shame Bethesda doesn't screen out these issues for PC customers. Honestly, if us PC consumers are going to justify making these purchases, games need to support the features, or else it's a waste.

I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal to fix this bug. I know not many people have 120Hz monitors yet, and that scares me, because it makes me feel this issue may get ignored. Please fix what is essentially a simple but gamebreaking issue in the next patch. Post if you know what I'm talking about or have a related opinion. I'd like to take a video of it, but I can't because the video capture software only captures at 60fps, and as mentioned, the problem is not present when it's capped.
