No 3rd person animations working for finishing kills

When I do a finishing kill animation it does not go to 3rd person. Am playing on pc. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's not supposed to. Finishing kills are both 3rd and 1st person.

Some of the first person finishers are a bit poorly animated but I am fairly sure they are supposed to look like that so don't worry.
