I don't remember if it is called Blood Honor or not, but it's the quest for the Companions, where I was sent to killed witches. I did it and came back. Now the NPC are just stuck in their scripted state. Vilkas tells me we are going to kill the Silver Hands once and for all. But the quest does not update. After a few in game dates, everyone is still stuck in their scripted state.
