After completing the murder investigation in Makarth, and major quests for the Dark Brotherhood ( and in the middle of Thief's Guild quests and Civil War quests) I am not able to clear a 1000 gold bounty in the reach. When i approach Makarth the guards immediatley approach and tell me I have committed major crimes against the city. I have the response options of "I am a member of the guild (348 gold)", Take me to Jail, Ive been framed, or Id rather die then go to prison. After cycling through the first 3, the guard says no one escapes cedhnil mine... then I have the text option of "whats the problem" which starts the whole thing over again with no resolution. It seems like a bugged loop. Any thoughts?
