Decent skills

Once i get the cs i will see if i can...

Make skills more important and perks less important. I will probably remove some of them or make them unlocked by other ways. For instance armour might be taken apart so that you know how to make it (like spell effects in enchanting) or taught to you by npcs

Il probably alter spells too.

Well these are nice ideas, very general but nice enough. Perhaps you should present your ideas a little better or go more in depth?

Balance magic
Reduce the skills that go "novice, apprentice, journeyman, expert, master" and the smithing skills telling you what you can smith. but keeping perks like shadow warrior and all those other completely different perks
If i can.. make actions give you perks. (casting so many fire spells gives you the fire spell perk) (getting to level 25 in a spell school gives you dual casting) etc. this might be outside of my skill range
if i can- increase the gap between perk-less 15 and perk-less 100
change smithing as stated above if i can.
introduce more spells

(hm.. i am interested in making a grandmaster skill cap of 125... just interested, not sure if id do it or not.
