For those getting stuttering while on a horse or walking aro

go to Ati CCC-Performance-Amd overdrive-Uncheck ati overdrive aka enable graphic overdrive. This should help tremendously there is still a "little bit" of stuttering as area load but it A LOT shorter and less frequent.

well you realize that you basicly overclock your graphics card that way? and that there are like a ton of settings that could actually destroy your card and motherboard physicially?
sure it might help and even be stable at low overclocking but your card will live a few years less for sure...
hence i wouldnt call that a fix but brute force :P definately not what a solutions should look like, they should rather remove that choppyness of everything from animations to movement which you even experience at 60fps if youre as unlucky as i am with this game arrr
