The bookcase doesn't seem to work anymore, cannot finish the quest for rare book as bandit cave already looted and book is in inventory, game thinks it is still in chest according to arrow marker " legendary scourge", and locks up frequently when checking out the different perks seems to lock up when zooming out of the specific perks, game play time seems not to matter, this has happened four times. Targeted destruction scrolls seem to do area effect instead of head towards target. Hope this helps Bethesda staff,

PS great game! I thought the shouting was kind of goofy at first when I got to the grey-beards but as the story progressed, I now find it pretty cool.
