So far I have noticed that the Pale and Rift Imperial Camps are nowhere to be found on my map. This would explain why I ended up skipping Compelling Tribute and Battle for Fort Greenwall in the Civil War Quest Line and now I can't talk to Rikke at the Winterhold Imperial Camp to go on with Rescue From Fort Kastav.
