I store all my ingredients in a chest, along with a bunch of crimson nirnroots. Since they are part of the quest "A Return To Your Roots" the count got down to zero when I put them in the chest. Later i pressed take All from the chest and the quest count just read 1/30 . I then put the nirnroots back again since I didn't want them and the count updated, one by one from 1/30 to -9/30 ... very very strange. So now if I pick them up and have 9 in my inventory the quest count is 0.

Anyone seen this for other quest related items?
