Anyone test the Alteration perks yet? Tooltip bugged or not

I have dual casting and mage-armor , yet it shows no changes in the active-effects menu. For example stone-armor is still at 60 rating. All other perks for other spells show a change.

Has anyone tested this against enemies to see if they are more resilient? Is it bugged?

Some spells when dual casted simply up the duration rather than magnitude. The only dual casting worth taking is Destruction and Restoration it seems.

Going to ask the obvious, but are you wearing any armour at all? Even if it's just gauntlets or boots it still counts, and thus you will not get the bonus.

I quite like the dual casting perks, and think they are all pretty essential for a pure mage.

Be sure you're not wearing any clothing that has an armor value.

Never mind, it is working now. Gotta look in the apperall tab and the new armor value is correct.

However...it svcks that some of the best mage hats counts as light-armor :(
