I trust that you can fill out the forum, however, on step 2, it’s a little tricky. It will ask you to find the business. Type in Bethesda Softworks. It will come up with Bethesda Softworks aka zenimax media. ZeniMAx owns Bethesda, but Bethesda softworks are the publishers of the game and therefore are responsible for it (more so then the developers, which is Bethesda game studio). So Bethesda softworks are the people you want to lodge a complaint with
