I tought about a spell that would raise the speed your character would have for a certain amount of time, because whenever you are on a horse, most NPCs won't even interact with you and you have to get out off your horse, not to mention, the ammount of flowers your leaving behind while mounted.

It would go into the illusion area of magic, adept level. But it would not work in combat, so that way, people can't use it to run backwards and avoid the enemy completely, the idea of the spell is just to make you travel as fast, or faster like when your on a horse.
