Okay, I'm in quite of a pickle here. I was sent to this jail by some guards when I was going to talk to an NPC in the Shrine of Talos in Markarth. I noticed you had to brawl that orc with a shiv or something to get through and since I joined the Companions I acquired the Beast From so I used it to kill...well.. almost everyone in there. :E

I'm not sure if this borked up my quest or something because right now I can't seem to find my gear anywhere and there are some armored dudes inside some cell that I can't reach and I can't speak to any of them. So I thought maybe I'll just escape and see what happens. Well I encounter spiders which I can't really kill since I have no gear so I just ran all the way through and went outside. I encounter Thoron (spelling, apart of the quest) and I fist him down but nothing happens, no dialog or anything.

So I guess killing everyone isn't an option? Has anyone completed this?

Thankfully I saved before I went in there, now it seems to be working out better, well now you know, don't kill anyone in there unless you're meant to. ^^;
