Is this location in Skyrim familiar to anyone? : V

I've seen it in other screens on SkyrimNexus. Wondering if anyone knows where this screen was taken in game.

It looks like a cave that is in the north west part of the map near the Thalmor embassy. There were Sprigons in there for my level 35 guy.
