Performance solution 99.99%

I run skyrim on my new i7-quad core 2ghz@2.9ghz with 8gb ram and geforce 540m

However I encountered BIG LAGS and was forced to lower resolution and make all low setting.

Simple solution is find tesv.exe right click on it and choose right graphic card (nvidia/ati!)

The game was using procesor built intel HD3000 graphic card, thats why it lagged!@:P

Eh? How can I select it? When I right click on tesv.exe, I only have the normal menu.

U dont have menu under right click to choose graphic procesor?

Try to run nvidia configuration panel, and add this file to it
Or get latest nvidia beta drivers (fixes for skyrim and bf3 i believe)

This is only for laptops with integrated graphics chipsets, sometimes games dont automaticaly use the dedicated video card and instead use the weaker graphics chipset, manualy selecting it (like this guide shows) will ofcourse fix that problem and give an fps boost since the dedicated video card will be used instead.
