I bag on Bethesda a bunch for releasing such shoddy work and for have such poor communication skills. They remind me a bit of my children. Annoying as heck at times, but you gotta love em when they smile at you.
I get (as most of you know by my posts) the same problems everyone else does, but I am able to keep it to a minimum by following the rules I made for myself when I first started finding this issue with Fallout 3 plus one added rule for Skyrim specifically because the quests can be so broken. These are not new, but they are the same as I have posted since 2007 when I joined here specifically to talk bout the lag/stutter problem of fallout 3.
1. Most importantly, Never load a save file up from inside the game. If you die or just want to start from a load, you need to quit out of the game and start it up fresh and load from the main menu.
2. Along with number 1, Never continue playing once you decide you want to save a position. If you save, quit and restart. That way you are not bringing extra data along with you to the following save.
3. When you port into the game, whether its from a load or from fast travel or door entrance, never be holding the movement stick. Wait for your HD to catch up when you enter before you start moving.
