Hello, sorry to ask a random question, but currently I am level 6. The main story is getting boring hence I have to walk all of the way to a town I haven't been to after getting the secret files at the party.
So, what do Guilds do and what are they? How can I join them? What do they do, such as boring side quests or actual big wars?

Also, where are the jobs!
