I watched Luise Letrush get killed and now he's walking around outside Whiterun, is he a zombie? Or is there a Lazerus pit somewhere I don't know about?

I see two Letrushes standing there outside Whiterun. Maybe it was his identical twin that got killed. Or perhaps the Skull of Corruption is involved. In any case, something fishy's going on with him.
