I have a big problem, i cant use forge, alchemy, grindstone.

I install the patch and use the forge like 15 times creating stuff then, when i try to create more items, I CAN'T USE THE FORGE. !!

Somebody knows why ?

ouch, thats a rough one. hope it gets fixed for you....whenever something crazy like that happens, I recomend taking all of you items off your character and storing them in one area..organize them with their families like apparel, gems, weapons ect ect....using different containers...then try using a craft making mechanism like an alchemy lab or forge, with a limited organized item content on your character...try that and tell us what happens

I talk with Alvar saying "Can i use the Forge" and nothing....

I think this may be a bug, and I haven't seen it reported anywhere yet, so I suggest posting in the following organized bug / glitch thread; the OP updates it as fast as he can and it's a clean and easier way for the moderators to pass along the information to the correct people
