yeah so, seems I've been plagued with the issue a lot of other people have. I completed the Stormcloak quest line a long time ago, along with the Forsworn Conspiracy quest in Markarth. After doing stuff for the Dark Brotherhood, the guards just want to kill me and I can't pay off my bounty. The conversation just keeps lapping no matter what I say or do. Has there been any fix to this yet? I've killed every guard and accumulated a $10,000 bounty so far.

The other thing I need to know, is what happens if the outside traders in the cities die? I had an ancient dragon attack Riften and kill half the inhabitants of the city. I did notice that the metal smith was replaced by a younger guy (possibly the guy's son). Is that what the game will always do? just replace the person that died? I haven't seen Madesi (the argonian jewelry dealer) in some time.
