I had started a mage, planning to use a bow as his ranged weapon. But pushing the left button doesn't do anything. He can put the bow in his hand, but that's it.

To make sure of this, I started a second character. I selected a woodelf as thief with archery as his main/ranged weapon. This character starts with a +10 to archery.

But again, pushing and holding the left button doesn't do anything. The character just stands there.

Anyone else have this problem? Anybody have any ideas?

BTW, brand new mouse, 3 days old, Logitech M310, working fine in every other program/game.

Edit to Update: I've installed two different mice now (one Logitech and one Microsoft), and I cannot use the left mouse button on either mouse to draw the bowstring to it's max extension. Also, I've tried this on two different characters, and the same on both (so that's 4 different combos).

I can use the R key to fire an arrow (and hold the R key down to delay the shot if I want to), but that's the only action I can do with a bow.
