Basically, I have a 25 gold bounty in The Reach (Markath etc.) and for some reason, whenever I approach a guard or a guard approaches me instead of asking me to pay off the bounty/go to jail etc. it is reverting back to when you were arrested and thrown in to the mine with the Forsworn King. The dialogue the guard is using doesn't mention anything about the 25 gold bounty but just goes on about being thrown into the mine.
Problem with this is, I've completed this quest ages ago and so the guard just ends up in an infinite loop until I quit the conversation, then he becomes aggressive.
It's not game breaking as such as I can still walk around Markath and The Reach but have to stay away from guards. I'm just worried this may affect the main quest or other quests later on.
Can anyone help?
