Just bringing awareness to another glitch. I recently achieved the "Matching Set" heavy armor perk, but it doesn't take effect when I have my Ebony Armor (Legendary) set equipped. When I equip my Orcish Armor (Flawless) set I see the 50% improvement from both the "Well Fitted" and "Matching Set" perks, but with my Ebony Armor I only recieve the "Well Fitted" bonus.

I worked very hard in the mines to achieve my Legendary Ebony set, and I'm extremely disappointed I only see a difference of 6 now between my Orcish and Ebony sets.

Bethesda Staff, get this issue fixed promptly please and thank you.

PS: Next time, maybe have a dedicated Playstation staff to work out these issues prior to the release of the game. It is in my opinion that if, in a 4 year period of development, not one single QA tester working on the PS3 version spent enough time actually playing the PS3 version to notice that after 40+ hours of gameplay the game becomes less responsive, that you should get a guy on that.

PPS: Reducing the quality of visual appearance and taking away from the overall enjoyment of the game in an attempt to reconcile for the prior issue's neglect isn't acceptable. Please come out with a proper patch, or at least admit that you screwed the pooch on the PS3 version and make it up to those of us who spent $60.00 on your game to test it for you.

I am getting the same error on the 360 version (with thesame two sets as well... maybe something wrong with the ebony set?).

Got may my smithing maxed and have dragonplate now and both bonuses are there. The base difference just looking at my upgraded ebony and dragonplate armors isnt significant, but my armor rating goes from 535 with my ebony set to 697 with my dragonplate. Im just pissed cause i wasted all that ebony which i could have saved for my upcoming legendary daedric set.

Also pissed because the playstation version of the game runs like crap. My characters awesome, but the game is so choppy that now im just rushing the main quests hoping that i can make it all the way through before i trade it in for the xbox version. I would have rather they pushed the release back and work out these bugs than make me pay for an unfinished product.
