Ok, I thought I'd have a go at retexturing some of the eyes, just to see if I could do it. I think I made a pretty decent version, but when I try to put it in the game, the whole eye/eyelid is this bright hot pink overlay thing...

I used PSP to create the image, but I pasted the final product into GIMP to save it as a dds. (I hate gimp and have trouble navigating it. Fail.) Somewhere along the line, I messed up, but I'm not sure where.

Anyone know what I did, or know any good tutorials I can browse?

ETA: Minor improvement. Now just the eyes are a sick milk white color...
