CDT, freeze and memory

Played 26 hours now and savegames are at 8 mb now (as game progress indicator).

Up to now I could play with max settings with only very few crashs (not reproducable)

But now im stuck, getting crashes all the time.
The crash is cdt or freeze, 50/50.

when freezing happens I can check the taskmanager and it is always at 1180 - 1220 mb of TESV.exe

Lowering texture detail helped in Solitude, with max details solitude crashed like 1-2 secs after entering (around 1200 mb). With lower texture detail it was completely playable.
But I did fast traveling to "bandit canyon" (free translation, I play german version) WITH LOWEST POSSIBLE detail and it crashes there again like 1 sec afetr arriving and again at around 1200 mb.
Continued playing and crashes occure more often after fast travelling, useless to play on now ... :(
im stuck now ...

man ... PCs rly have plenty of memory and I guess they use the same resource handler for PC as for consoles ....
