Attempting to make my new character a complete maniac and kill everyone I see... well everyone that looks at me funny. I know that important NPCs can't be killed but how the bloody hell is that stuck up Jarl in Falkreath "important". I can understand main quest NPCs but what the hell is this? Even in Oblivion I could kill people who weren't part of the main quest why can't we do the same in Skyrim?
