I wanna know....
I understand that bugs and glitches happen with the programming code for a game as complex as TES.... I can bear with a provider over unavoidable problems... but for some reason in the videogame industry developers dont feel the need to provide any sort of customer service what-so-ever.
" we're sorry for the inconvienance were doing our best to resolve the problem.... we should have thing back up and running by {insert weekday} please bear with us .... we appreiate your business. " " we will keep you updated " would be an appropriate responce... not turning off the lights pretending that no ones home when we come knocking.
And why on earth leave a broken patch up? Why not take it down.... well iguess the aswer would be that new saves created after the new patch wouldnt play without it... mabey?
Holy Geeze... I may never buy a bethesda game upon release again.... I mean bugs are one thing but a total lack of responsce from the company is just poor treatment of the customers.... and why subject yourself to that a second time?
