Wow, just wow...

You cannot have Steam logged in on the same account with different computers and the same time. Make sure one of your computers is off or logged out of Steam (not minimized).

Really? A service that says it can be run on several PCs won't actually run on more than one PC at a time? How dumb. I mean, I would expect a game start restriction (only one instance of any game allowed at any one time) but for a service that's required for some games, and which auto-initialises at Windows startup, incredible. (If true.)

For the OP, have you gotten Skyrim to run even once? If you have, then close down Steam and make a shortcut to TESV.exe and start the game from that.

and that dont work either it would take me hour to post all specs on both gameing laptop and desktop I built but needless to say the laptop is 3400$ and desktop 5900$ in parts massive overkill its steam [censored] something up, cause when installed on 2nd pc has to register that pc to use which did, yet on laptop it will start with intro bethsda softworks, but then it kicks me out and steam is not running on gameing desktop.

laptop is for MMOs if 2 box play 2 accounts or move pc around house dont wanna play at desktop or travel, or work.

I have no idea its pissing me off.

You're not explaining this very well, but I think you're just getting CTD's (crash to desktop) and it's not actually anything to do with steam.

Try going to Control panel -> Hardware and sound then go into manage audio devices and go into your headphones/speakers properties; Then go to the advanced tab and change the default format to 2 channel 24bit 44100 HZ Studio quality. See if that helps.
