I'm about to call the BBB and see where it goes.

It is exactly that mentality that allows Bethesda to perpetuate this buggy madness with every single game they release.

What he means is that this is not how the BBB works. They are not some sort of omnipotent oversight agency. They primarily negotiate claims between individual clients and companies, and outside of that, they have no influence over a company that is not a member of the BBB.

If only the amount of people who hold reservation over this actually file then it WOULD benefit someone in the end. The amount of apathy is astonishing. I filed my complaint and thats that. I don't intend to skew your opinion or try to convince anyone to do anything. If you want to sit and complain for a month about your product on the company's website that is your choice. The fact there is no prevailing explanation of said complaints by the company is disturbing.

In other words they cannot make the parent company do anything. But they damn sure can get you your money back........

Reminds me of the Dragon Age forums.....that buggy POS game makes Bethesda look like Blizzard. I think some folks on the Bioware forum threatened to go to the BBB, and were essentially laughed out of the thread.

Seriously at least he's venting his frustration in a somewhat constructive manner. Or would you rather he just cried on the forums? GTFO
No. Calling BBB will lead to nothing. Bethesda have already stated they are aware of the issues and will respond soon.

Grow up and chill out. Even if Bethesda were to have the patch ready now, it falls to Microsoft to certify it or whatever it is that they do.

It reads how it reads. Its time for someone to actually focus their anger in a constructive manner and I'm gonna go ahead and do it.
Good luck.
