Wiggling dragon skeletons, flying corpses and fast travel dr

I seem to have a problem where after I kill a dragon and absorb it's soul it turns into a skeleton like it's supposed to. The problem is the skeleton then lays there and wiggles around until the time period expires where it disappears days later. My most recent example is in Riverwood. The skeleton lays in town break dancing after killing it. Talk to Delphine, do my quest and then return there and it's still laying there dancing. Go do some more quests and return and it's finally gone. All my dragons exhibit this strange behavior. While on the topic of dragons...it seems like the longer I play this game the more dragons are spawning. It's to the point now where when I fast travel about 90% of the time when I reach my destination there's a dragon waiting for me. Right now I have 27 souls in excess inventory. Lastly, I've started to see flying corpses; both when I kill something and sometimes at random. I use the Mace of Molag Bal and when I kill something they go flying across the room into the opposite wall as if I've used the level 3 Unrelenting Force on them. There's no kill animation or anything. I just bludgeon them to death and on the last swing it turns into a tee-ball game. Finally I've started to get flying corpses and other misc objects. Could be walking in the wilderness when out of nowhere a wolf or troll corpse falls from the sky and you can't loot them. Also, in Belethor's shop in Whiterun is a rock behind the counter that appears from about thigh high, falls to the ground and then disappears. There's even audio of what sounds like a rock being dropped. It repeats this about 5 times and then stops. If I leave the shop and reenter than it starts over again. I think I'm stuck in the Matrix.
