1st i would like to say i have not done this exploit but i have seen it done and i don't know how many threads have been made about this matter.

I was watching this guy play skyrim on twitchtv.com and he was just completely walking over and through enemies and complaining about the game saying how broken it was. Then he said "the enchanting and smithing was broken" for skyrim and he was absolutely right because he was taking no damage and just walking around on godmode please tell me this will be fixed. I feel this is the main patch needed now asap and feel free to tell me if im not the first to report this game destroying matter.

its not broken, you're suppose to be able to enchant items and reduce your magic costs, its actually not easy taking out some enemies with magic as it is, so even with unlimited magic reserves, you're not always at an advantage, i doubt they'll do anything too drastic, you can limit yourself, you don't need to be the game policeman for everyone else, its a single player game.

what ? game police lol i've heard it all. ok i guess cutting through skryim without any fear of dying isn't a big deal then

should it be a big deal on how someone else decides to play the game? if you don't want to play like that, that is fine, but it doesn't mean it is GOING to happen to you, if it does and you didn't want it to, then this will become a valid post

Um if you have a problem with enchanting then dont use it thats the idea of enchanting to make your self a walking tank and to deal tons of damage.

lol the game isn't that easy, i wear a robe, i don't have 400 health, the magic isn't overpowered, a lot of enemies you run out of magicka and have to use something else, you can't just run thru all the enemies that easy, lol , maybe if you're a tank player, but not if you're wearing a robe, there's some tough enemies in the game.

i'm 50 years old and my reflexes aren't great and my vision isn't good and you're all tripping cause some guy was blasting thru enemies on youtube, get a life, the game isn't that easy for everyone, you want them to make the game so hard that only the people with the fastest reflexs can play it and have fun, what is your problem? not everone is blasting thru the game like you described, i have to figure out how to deal with certain enemies and take my time, its an rpg, i'm not just running thru the game blowing everything up, you're just trippin.

ok have fun dying because you dont enchant your armor to face tougher enemies and then enjoy godmode when you enchant too much and you cant draw the line between the two is it valid now come on guys im j/s it is a problem that needs attention dont call me the bad guy when i try to help the game they obviously got something wrong here and i think the solution is the enemies aren't getting tough enough as you enchant more focus on the problem not me the bringer of this news

Man, the fact that you CAN exploit a single player game, if you consciously choose to do it is not a CRITICAL issue. It's a minor thing that most people really wouldnt care if it never gets addressed. Many people are playing and the game is fine. Please tell me you seriously dont care that some dude in a youtube vid is more powerful than you in a single player game...

There's many more critical issues to be addressed like broken quests, broken dragons and broken textures... thats what needs to be fixed asap.

I dont think you could ever balance a TES game... the open world, open character build nature is by definition exploitable.

least they can play the game. Mine freezes up completely after 30 seconds to a minute making the game completely broken for me. Why the hell do you care if people want to spoil the game for themselves? And hell, maybe that's fun for them. Games are meant for fun. Some of us can't even play the game, so I think there are more important bugs to fix [censored].

You grammar does not need to be perfect but the use of punctuation and capital letters in the proper place is a must. Its something that is expected.


As to the difficulty there is no reason to patch such a thing. Just turn the difficulty up and don't use resistance enchantments. Even at level 81 there are dangerous creatures if don't pay attention. It just depends on your build.
