To anyone living in the UK or who bought their PS3 copy of Skyrim in the UK you CAN get your money back from the shop or website you purchased your game from.

The Sales of goods act 1979 basically covers the buyer for a full refund of an item if it is not fit for purpose. If they ask you to prove the fact the game is broken either record it on a phone or something or direct them to the internet .

As i've said in a previous thread im sure other people have posted this but if not then happy days.
