A very sad Gamer

I have saved every penny of my hard earned money and have bought this game, being a huge fan of oblivion i just had to get this, i work on minimum wages and i cannot afford to buy games on day 1, none the less i did, day 1 purchase it was. I am currently 12 hours into the game, file size just over 3.5mb and have begun to experience horrendous lag, after trying to find solutions for more than 2 weeks i have finally given up today with the obsidian fellow pointing out this to be an apparent memory design flaw on the ps3. The patch did not work, and neither does restarting the system.
Also, i cannot digest the fact that your team did not even bother to run the game for more than 15 hours as a testing sequence on the ps3, considering of course that you did not know that such a problem existed.
Please guys, I sincerely wish that you do not make games for hardware that you are not comfortable with. I know its millions of extra dollars for you but just be fair to sincere gamers who save money just to buy your games. There has also been terrible ignorance from your side, I have tried contacting Pete Hines via twitter several times but have never received a single reply from him despite being very polite in my questions.
I have lost £40, but you have lost many faithful gamers.
I am very sad today as I would not be able to play this gem despite fully deserving to.
