Well if you have near you a Futurshop or Bestbuy you can take your game and get back $50 store credits, some of you will not like this, but look it's best to lose $10 than wait more and lose all of your $60. I can also say if

you wait enough maybe you will find an exchanged Skyrim on Xbox (if you like). I know this is not a good solution but it is the best of the bad solutions, I sold my game for the $50 credits and will wait until the game is fixed.
