I am having an annoying issue where a random NPC and the Riften guards attack me at a random point when I am in town. I can walk around and talk to the guards when I reload, but at some point I get a random bounty and they all attack me. I don't want to kill any of the NPC's so I have been reloading and fast traveling out of town before I wait to return. I had been holding off downloading the patch but this forced my hand and the bug is still the same. I have had incurred zero bounty according to the menu so I think this is a glitch. I get a 40 bounty out of nowhere and 3 or 4 different NPC's have randomly attack me along with the guards and I have no option of talking to them. If this is a known bug or someone has experienced anything similar, I would really appreciate a solution.
