So i've read that there are several bugs with this quest, but the one im having atm is that ive met the Lady involved, Delphine or whatever, we've gotten to the dragon burial ground, we've snuck up on said dragon, hiding behind some rock.

and then nothing happens. we just sit there for ages. now i've seen on youtube the dragon is supposed to start chanting some randomness, but he doesnt. he just hovers there and does nothing. and the chick just says that we should wait and see what happens. seriously people what the hell. i wanna kill this dragon, but the game seems to think this isn;t allowed >_<

any help would be greatly appreciated
