Come on now, its been 200 years since the events of Oblivion. I would have expected some advancement of science, magicka, and culture to have happened. I was proven right with how the Thalmor deck out their troops.

The question now is, when will we get more threads, armor, and the like that follow this obviously more modern design principle?
