Well im sure some of you are having this problem as well and are having issues with the current quest giver. Is there ANY fix for this? Hes suppose to open the door and does nothing, you can't open the door yourself, and when you talk to him you have to spam the talk button until he responds, and hes mute, he won't talk. No sound from him for some odd reason. This is the concerned rat quest
