She was one my few idols when I was a little girl, because she was so glamorous and "advlt" to me at that age. I sang along to every song on "Bad Girls", even though the material was way over my head because I couldn't resist trying to emulate her powerful voice. She was a beautiful woman, and a pioneer. RIP

Wow, that really came as a shock. I think for me, I'll always remember "I Feel Love" as a genre-defining song, had an incredible impact when I first heard it, way ahead of its time.
